Return Policy

Any item that is damaged during the shipping process may request a refund with picture evidence up to 7 days after shipping. Upon reviewing photo evidence of damage and approval, the customer may return the damaged item at their own expense and receive the items original value as a refund.

If a customer wishes to exchange a damaged item, please contact me through email with photo evidence and we will try to work something out!

All custom orders must pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of item cost before work will begin on their personalized item. Please understand that handmade takes time and there is no guarantee that works can be completed by desired dates such as birthdays or holidays, but I will do my best to accommodate. The remaining 50% must be paid when the item is complete before shipping can take place.

All custom orders that include names or personal phrases must pay a 100% non-refundable deposit before work will commence. Due to the nature of adding names to items, it is unlikely that they will resell. It is a risk for the artist and must be covered.

For standard custom orders (not including names or personal phrases) a 50% refund will be issued if the item is no longer wanted, shipping not included. If the item is damaged on arrival, please contact me via email up to 7 days after shipping with photos of the damaged merchandise and we will try to work something out.

I cannot issue refunds for unwanted custom orders with names or personal phrases. Please understand that these types of personalized items do not resell and I must be compensated for my time and materials. If your item is damaged on arrival, please email me with photo evidence up to 7 days after shipping and we will try to work something out.
